Through my beautiful friend and co-worker Sally, I was introduced to The Couple Connection to help them with an article. The subject had two elements, body confidence/self-esteem (something I know well) and relationships (something I don’t know so well).
However when I thought about the topic more I realised relationships span much more than just with a partner. They could be the relationship with your friend, your parents, your colleagues. How you feel about your body and your current self-esteem can affect all these different types of relationships.
